    Developed and executed a training seminar targeting information technology personnel responsible for project management. The seminar includes a formal methodology for project management and information systems implementation as well as introduction to an automated project management tool as the foundation for the practical health care based course.
  • Integrated Delivery System’s (IDS) Information Technology (IT) Convergence
    Co-led the design and development of a consulting program for alignment of IT and business strategies. Program includes IT governance structure coordinated with IT assessments and convergence planning. Offerings focused on assessment of application portfolio, identification of duplicative applications and large-scale systems, with a goal of reduced operation costs and increased user satisfaction. Key areas included clinical systems convergence evaluation.
  • Development of a Japanese Health Care Consulting Marketing Plan
    Consulted with Japanese concern to develop a healthcare consulting product line through the creation of an overall marketing plan. The plan includes review of healthcare specific requirements, industry standards, key healthcare technology and standard sales principles.
  • Clinical software review and design
    Led efforts for the review, design and Americanization development requirements for an Israeli developed medical software package. Instrumental in the development of implementation methodology, and total software packaging for the US market. 
    Team member for the development of physician user interface for a major US HMO Clinical Information Systems design project.
  • Clinical System Reviews
    Consulted to maximize client’s current systems’ investments, with review of features, functions, policies/procedures and work flow
    Consulted with clients to establish a strategy for an electronic medical record, preparing clinical departments for and establishing automated clinical documentation.
